We have specialised in setting up small business workspace complexes in city centres for over 15 years.

We have been innovators in converting, building and managing new studio complexes, where good design was key but the focus was on encouraging an internal community and business support through pulling together the right mix of people, energies and services.

We believe the time is right to innovate again.

Many regional towns have a vibrant entrepreneurial small business community and many more small businesses would choose to locate in regional towns if inspiring workspaces existed.

We aim to set up workspace complexes in regional towns and strategic rural locations that put together the right mix of innovative workspace, flexible business services and place these around a central hub of eat/meet/break-out/event and special project spaces.

We aim to make going to work as enjoyable as being at home. Actually we aim to make it better, by combining a vibrant mix of spaces for work, support, learning, meeting, eating, playing and events.
