No! We have a barbers, coffee shop and beauty salons alongside workspaces. Boxes are rated for Class E use, so can be used for pretty much anything.
Is there parking available at Boxworks?
Yes! We have plenty of free parking available for you and your visitors.
How do I book an event space?
Event spaces can be booked through our booking platform, Coherent. If you are wanting to book outside of normal opening hours, then you’ll need to speak to one of our hosts first.
Is there a minimum hire period for meeting rooms?
Yes. There is a minimum hire of 1-hour for all meeting room bookings.
What’s your meeting room cancellation policy?
A booking must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to event start date for a full refund.
What other benefits are there to having a virtual mailbox?
If you have a virtual mailbox, this gives you the opportunity to hire our meeting rooms, event spaces and have access to our other tariffs at a discounted rate.
What do I need to do to sign up for a virtual mailbox?
You’ll need to provide proof of address and a photo ID. The process is similar to our other memberships, with a 12-month agreement.
Can I leave my stuff on my desk?
If you are a dedicated desk member, then yes you can! It’s your desk, so you can leave everything you need for your working day. Most desks have lockable storage too, so you can tidy away valuables.
