Virtual Mailbox

You’ll need to provide proof of address and a photo ID. The process is similar to our other memberships, with a 12-month agreement.

If you have a virtual mailbox, this gives you the opportunity to hire our meeting rooms, event spaces and have access to our other tariffs at a discounted rate.

When you sign up you’ll be able to set up a direct debit with us. There is also the option to pay via debit or credit card too – you’ll just need to speak to our team to get this set up.

Your first payment will be collected on your start date. Thereafter, your invoice will be raised on the 1st of each month and collected by direct debit on the 3rd working day thereafter.
