Pixel wins Cornish Buildings Group Award

We are delighted to share some exciting news – Pixel has won a Cornish Buildings Group 2026 Award!

This award celebrates buildings that make a real impact, and we are incredibly proud to see Pixel recognised.

Sitting in the heart of the town centre, Pixel brings a bold, contemporary addition to the street while staying true to the site’s rich history. Long before it became the vibrant coworking space it is today, the site was home to a historic reservoir and later a bustling cattle market. The judges praised the project for the way it transforms this historic location into a modern, creative workspace.

Designed by the talented team at Stride Treglown, the building’s distinctive curved form and scale are inspired by the footprint and heritage of what came before. Original 18th-century stone boundary walls have been carefully retained, creating a link between the past and present, while the glass-clad upper floors offer glimpses into the creative businesses within.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing Pixel to life. And, of course, a special thank you to the incredible team at Stride Treglown for their vision.
