You are welcome to pop in and collect your post anytime Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. You’ll get 25% discount off meeting rooms and event spaces too.

How do I sign up?
Setting up a virtual mailbox with us is straightforward. You’ll only need to go through the below process once, but please note we do also need to carry out annual checks (to adhere to HMRC regulations) – these incur a £50+VAT admin fee.

Get in touch with us and have a chat with one of our friendly hosts about virtual mailbox availability.

We’ll send you a simple form to fill out. This will included details like your proof of address and a valid photo identification.

We’ll send you a link to setup your Coherent account. This is where you confirm your details, set up your direct debit and pay the admin fee to set up the mailbox.

Verify your ID. You can either pop into the building to do this, or send us a certified copy.

Your membership is now active. Your first payment will be collected on your start date. It will then be raised on the 1st of each month and collected by direct debit.

You can now register your business address at our building, Pixel.

Receive your mail. If you’re expecting a particular piece of post, please let our hosts know so they can notify you when it arrives.
