Yes. All studio-holders have 24/7 access to their studio so you can come and go as you please. Just bear in mind that some areas or facilities are only operational during our opening hours.
Is there a minimum contract length for desks?
All of our dedicated desk tariffs are on rolling monthly contracts.

Our standard licence agreements are for 12-months.
Are the studios fully furnished?
No. With the exception of a few spaces at Boxworks and Collar Factory, all of our studios come as an unfurnished, blank canvas.
Is there parking available at this space?
There are parking options available across most of our spaces. They’re either paid-for private spaces, or a permit for a shared first-come-first-serve car park. Please check the building FAQs for specific details.
