Each our buildings is unique, and so are our studio spaces. From two-person workpods, to shared artists studios and larger private spaces for desk-based creatives. All of our private studios come complete with all the essentials that you’d expect from a traditional serviced office, but without the stuffy corporate image. We’re creatives, and our workspaces are too.
Our studios include 24/7 access, all utilities, superfast internet, inclusive meeting room allowances and access to all of our shared spaces and member events too.
What’s more, our buildings are run by our incredible team of Host & Community Managers who are here to make sure you have everything you need. So don’t think of it as just renting an office space, you’ll be joining a community of like-minded people too.

Workpods are small, but perfectly formed.
You’ll find them at Motorworks and The Old Church School in Frome, and at Collar Factory in Taunton too. Roughly 9sqm in size, they’re an ideal space for two, or if you’re looking for just a little bit more space than a dedicated desk.
Private Studios
Your very own private office in one of our buildings. Spaces range in size, but they all enjoy the same perks and level of service. You can come and go as you please, use our shared spaces.

If you need a bit of privacy to get your work done, but don’t need a space all to yourself, then our shared studios could be just the ticket. Not only do you get to hang out with like-minded people, it’s a more affordable option too.
You’ll find shared spaces at Hamilton House in Bristol and Pixel in Penzance.
