A Victorian factory reimagined as a modern workspace

Collar Factory is a striking, Grade II listed former Victorian factory. It has been completely renovated and reimagined into a state-of-the-art workspace offering private offices and coworking memberships for those looking for a different way of working.

With concrete and wood floors, high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and over 100 enormous windows it has a distinctly loft-like feel, but is deeply rooted in the heart of Taunton.

What we offer.

Refurbished from the ground-up, Collar Factory is home to a beautifully designed members’ lounge, a light and bright dedicated desk area and private studios ranging from workpods for two, through to spaces for larger teams with enviable views of the County Ground.

To top it all off, we throw in free tea and barista coffee, showers, bike racks, permit parking and meeting spaces too.

Forward Space
Host & Community Manager

Emilie

Emilie previously worked in change management, redesigning workspaces at head offices in Paris. She loves working in office spaces, creating an atmosphere that encourages collaboration between people and supports their wellbeing at work.

In her spare time, she studies interior architecture and enjoys walks through Somerset.

Emilie works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Host & Community Manager

Anita

Anita previously worked in the Fintech space, directly collaborating with founders and stakeholders across a varied pool of industries. Anita is keen to bring people, ideas and opportunities together, creating an inspiring co-working environment.

Anita is also a Sound Therapist, hosting sound baths across the South West. She’s also a keen reader and self-certified coffee snob, often found exploring new cafes at the weekend.

Anita works Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
