2B5B - Shared Studio

A bright and creative 12.5sqm shared studio at Hamilton House, shared with just one other sculptural artist.

This is a lovely opportunity for an artist or creative looking for an affordable, dedicated workspace within Hamilton House’s vibrant creative community. With only two people sharing the studio, there’s plenty of space to work comfortably while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative creative environment.

The studio itself is fully lockable, with an additional layer of security provided by multiple coded access doors throughout the building.
