Yes. All studio-holders have 24/7 access to their studio so you can come and go as you please. Just bear in mind that some areas or facilities are only operational during our opening hours.

No. Business rates are dealt with separately to your membership with us and governed by HMRC. The amount you pay is based on the Rateable Value (RV) of the premises. Most of our offices have an RV low enough to qualify for Small Business Rates Relief (SBRR) meaning that for most of our members, there are no rates to pay. No. With the exception of a few spaces at Boxworks and Collar Factory, all of our studios come as an unfurnished, blank canvas.

Yes. All utilities including: heating, lighting, electricity, internet and cleaning are included in your monthly costs.

Our standard licence agreements are for 12-months.

Your first payment will be collected on your start date. Thereafter, your invoice will be raised on the 1st of each month and collected by direct debit on the 3rd working day thereafter.
